The role
We are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute Embleema’s digital marketing strategies. If you are data-driven, passionate about digital engagement, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, managing digital campaigns, and optimizing performance marketing efforts to accelerate Embleema’s growth.
The right person for this role is resourceful, curious, and eager to learn. You thrive in an evolving environment, enjoy solving problems without a clear path, and are motivated to figure things out as you go. Even if you don’t meet every requirement, a willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative could make you a great fit.
What we are looking for
Experience in B2B marketing is required. Health tech or other regulated industries is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or social media strategy in a B2B setting.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and content strategy for lead generation.
Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.
Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Strong content marketing and copywriting skills, with experience creating white papers, case studies, and blogs.
Project management and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Nice-to-have
Experience designing and maintaining marketing websites, preferably using Framer or Webflow.
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation.
Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital demand generation strategies to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads across multiple channels.
Manage content calendars and production for sales collaterals, social media, blogs, email campaigns, webinars, and virtual events, including the creation of white papers and case studies.
Implement and optimize tools to capture, nurture, and track leads throughout the customer journey.
Oversee and optimize paid advertising efforts on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta by analyzing campaign performance and adjusting tactics in real time.
Collaborate closely with design, product and sales teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand identity and support overall sales objectives.
Monitor industry trends and key performance metrics to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve campaign ROI.
