The role


We are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute Embleema’s digital marketing strategies. If you are data-driven, passionate about digital engagement, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, managing digital campaigns, and optimizing performance marketing efforts to accelerate Embleema’s growth.


What we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, growth marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and content strategy.

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo.

  • Excellent project management and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in startups and health tech or other regulated industries is a plus.


Nice-to-have

  • Background in content marketing or copywriting.

  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing automation.

  • Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and emerging digital trends.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Manage the content calendar for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Track and analyze website traffic, social media performance, and paid campaigns to optimize marketing efforts.

  • Oversee and refine paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.

  • Coordinate and implement email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and nurture customer relationships.

  • Work closely with the Brand Designer and Product Designer to align marketing initiatives with Embleema’s visual identity.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve digital marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
